Recognition based on high growth, innovation, and increased market demand

  • Growth – In 2009 and 2010, VirtuOz was named to the Deloitte Technology Fast 50 with a growth rate of 4354 percent between 2005 and 2009. In addition, in 2010, VirtuOz IVAs processed a record 144 million conversations, which was a 150 percent increase in the number of global companies headquartered in the US using its virtual agent solutions, complementing its historically strong performance in the EU.
  • Technology innovation – Over 30 percent of revenue is spent on research and development to ensure a technological edge. In addition, five natural language processing and analytics patents further protect the company’s competitive advantage.
  • Market Interest – Today’s Web savvy customers expect to manage their personal and business engagements online with minimal human contact. A recent Forrester study noted that only 29 percent of users today actually want to engage with a live customer service person. Additionally, Gartner Research predicts that in 2-4 years, IVAs will become an industry standard for online customer interactions.
