Bruce Fram

An Executive in Residence at Mohr Davidow, Bruce Fram brings experience in a wide variety of markets including computer networking, enterprise software, software as a service, security and storage. He focuses on investments in software as a service, software and systems for both enterprise and consumer applications.

Prior to Mohr Davidow, Bruce was the founder and CEO of Luminate Software, a provider of application management products and a pioneer in delivering software as a service. Luminate was sold to EMC in 2001. In 2004, he led the $275M private equity buyout of Network General Corporation from McAfee and served as its CEO. Earlier in his career, he held R&D, Marketing and Sales positions at Network General, Hewlett-Packard and American Management Systems.

Bruce serves on the Board of Directors of Mantara, Inc.

He holds a MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and a BS in Management from Syracuse University.
