As Vice President of IT and Operations, Joy Knox manages all strategic and corporate IT initiatives for Mohr Davidow’s information data and computing systems; manages administrative staff operations, facilities and space planning. She works with the firm to develop and implement corporate policies and standards. Joy also works with some of Mohr Davidow’s portfolio companies in strategic IT design and planning, providing insight into IT technologies and solutions as well as identifying IT talent to help manage or support the companies’ IT initiatives.
Joy has over 17 years in IT systems management, with 12 years in venture and private equity firms. She started her career in IT at Stanford University Medical School and Information Technology Systems and Services. Joy sits on the steering committee for the Bay Area VCIT organization and is an integral contributor to the venture and private equity IT network.
